About Chylese

A passion for vintage homes and interest in Portland’s diversity of neighborhoods formed the basis of my real estate career in the early 2000’s, after more than a decade of professional sales in the semiconductor industry. My business is aligned with the goals of these wonderful neighborhoods, which are re-discovering their roots and value through both residential and commercial restoration, as well as the preservation of recreational spaces so important to the sense of community.

A resident of Portland since 2000, my first house was a 1923 Cape Cod in the eastside neighborhood of Laurelhurst. Currently, I live with my husband, daughter and rescue dog Barney  in a 1961 Midcentury Modern located on the westside, in the Vermont Hills. We are the third family to call it home.

About Katlin

As a native to Portland, I have a profound love and knowledge for the area.  After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree at University of Oregon, I was ready to learn more about real estate.  I have worked on the staffing side of the business, and joined Chylese to better her services, specifically in marketing.  I have now obtained my own real estate license, and am currently the Buyer’s Agent for Homes Tell Stories.

I live in SW Portland, near the Willamette River, and enjoy spending time on the water.  Our office is located in SE Portland, and I have learned a great deal about the history, and styles of homes on this side of the city!  I look forward to helping clients with the biggest purchase they may ever make, buying a home.
